USY - United Synagogue Youth - Welcome to the start of something New
Under the leadership of Daniel Graber we have begun a USY teen program for grades 8-12.
USY is the place for Jewish teens to relax and enjoy themselves in a way that builds them into strong, well rounded adults and leaders for tomorrow.
Our USY chapter has really blossomed and gotten a great
group of kids involved. We've been doing everything you
can imagine! We had a carnival, watched a movie, played
sports, ate kosher food, celebrated holidays, and
engaged in social action. One of our best programs this
year was Blanket Making for Project Linus. We took
simple sheets of fleece fabric and made them into
blankets for children in a local hospital. It was
educational, heart warming, and a ton of fun!
