Annual BBQ - Sunday, Aug 15, 2010 at 5:30pm. Reservations due by Tues. Aug. 10.

High Holidays - All members have renewal rights up to Thurs. Aug. 19. Seats will be available for purchase on Sun. Aug. 22, 8-10am and Tues. Aug 24, 6-8pm. Can also purchase by calling the office.

Rosh Hashanah - Thurs & Fri Sept. 9, 10: Kol Nidre Fri Sept. 17: Yom Kippur Sat Sept.  18 

General Synagogue - On Going

Adult Bat Mitzvah Class for adults who have never participated in a Bat Mitzvah ceremony. Study and, for those who wish, participate in a collective Bat Mitzvah ceremony. Examine Jewish historical experiences, holiday traditions, life cycle events, philosophy and traditional Jewish texts. Dates and times to be decided. Please call the office to express interest or ask questions.

Jews in the News"  a monthly breakfast discussion lead by the Rabbi over breakfast at the North Shore Towers Restaurant, Building #2. All sessions begin at 9:30 am and there's a minimal charge of $7.00 to cover the expenses.

The Jewish Graphic Novel  The Jewish graphic novel is a popular genre of literature. We will look at a variety of backgrounds as well as American Jewish literature. Led by Prof. Susan Jacovowitz. $10.00 RSVP Office

Shabbat Discussions at Service - One Saturday morning a month, following the Torah Service, approx 11am. An open forum Torah discussion with the Rabbi.

Celebrating Anniversaries  Because the synagogue community is a family, we will periodically honor our anniversary couples as a part of the service.
